We do not offer refunds for any of our products, but we do offer a replacement for all the winter products if by mistake you have received the wrong product or the wrong size of socks or gloves within 30 days since received. We must receive the product first (buyer will have to bear the costs) then only we will send the replacement ( we will bear the costs).
We do not want any customers to be disappointed and will always try to keep you happy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ship all returns to Kiwimerino, 17 Vale Terrace, Wigram, Christchurch 8042, New Zealand.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We do recommend you keep a copy of the tracking ID for your package. Kiwi merino is not responsible for lost return shipments that do not reach us.
